One of Irelands leading commercial law firms with offices in Dublin, London and San Fransisco are looking to hire a talented IP/Data Privacy Lawyer to join their leading technology practice groups who provide legal solutions to a broad range of public and private sector clients across all areas of technology.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work and excellent salary + bonus & benefits. You will be responsible for providing legal advice on Data Protection, Privacy and IP to a large client base. You will join a small & dedicated team with plenty of opportunity for growth and development. 

Examples of work you will be involved in;

• Advising on some of the largest public sector enterprise ICT implementations in the country;
• Advising on cloud deployments and outsourcing generally;
• Data protection issues, GDPR compliance, and international data transfers;
• Data breaches and cyber-security issues; and
• Carrying out technology due diligence on mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice as a lawyer in Ireland and/or the UK with 2-5 PQE
• Experience with Intellectual property & data protection matters
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
