A commercial law firm based in Greystones, Co. Wicklow are looking for an experienced Probate Solicitor to join their expanding team post merger. 

Duties:

• Handle a caseload of Probate, Wills, and Estate Administration matters from initial client instruction through to finalisation.
• Advise clients on all aspects of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgaging of properties.
• Draft and review relevant legal documents such as contracts, wills, grants of probate, and title deeds.
• Provide legal advice on Succession Planning, including tax implications and family disputes.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Represent clients in the Land Registry and other relevant bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.
• A minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience in Probate and Conveyancing 
• Strong knowledge of Irish property law, probate procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients in often sensitive situations.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with case management systems and legal software.
