A leading Irish law firm based in Dublin with offices in San Francisco, New York and London is hiring within their Tier 1 ranked employment law practice in Ireland. 

The Role

Duties will include:

• Advising on all aspects of Irish employment law.
• Managing the employment aspects of corporate transactions and advising on commercial issues involving, in particular, agency and outsourcing contracts
• Managing employment related litigation both before the WRC and the civil courts.
• Advising clients on strategic HR issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes; complaints of bullying and harassment, restructuring and redundancies, dismissals.

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales.

4+ years PQE with specific experience in management side, employment legal advisory work and employment litigation.
